Clinical Team

Chris George
Certified Orthotist
& Physical Therapist Assistant

Chris has been a certified orthotist for 13 years and opened Lumen Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2023.  He has more than 27 years of pediatric-focused experience.  Prior to his career in O&P, Chris was a physical therapist assistant for nine years with a focus in pediatric care. Chris is supported by his wife and two children. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing golf and taking memorable vacations with his family.

David Trevisan
Certified Prosthetist
& Orthotist

David has worked as a certified orthotist-prosthetist for more than 10 years. He completed his master’s degree at Eastern Michigan University and has a bachelor’s degree from Adrian College. David is supported by his wife and spends his free time chasing his son and four golden retrievers.

Lauren Brady
Orthotist
Indianapolis Office

Lauren went to Purdue University and graduated where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Movement and Sport Sciences. Later, she earned a degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics at Northwestern University in Chicago. She comes to us with 12 years of pediatric orthotics experience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four kids, watching them compete in sports, going on adventures, and reading.

Steve Meyer
Chief Financial Officer

Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Tech. He has worked in several industries since 1994. In his free time, Steve likes to spend time with his fiancée attending festivals, car shows, and to the movies. He also loves playing with their boxers, Violet and Cooper.

Kari George
Administrative Coordinator

Kari worked as a teacher for 26 years in private and public schools in the Fort Wayne area. Her work included classroom teaching, as well as educating teachers. Most recently, she worked in Southwest Allen County Schools. She has been part of the Lumen team since 2023. She also serves on the board of directors for Hope Grafted In.

Taya George
Office Assistant

Taya earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences in 2025. Currently, she attends Ball State University where she is working to complete a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. In her free time, she enjoys reading and scrapbooking.
